Frequently asked questions
Will the layout be preserved?
Yes. Columns, tables, images and styles are rebuilt in the .docx. If the PDF came from a scan, run it through OCR first so the text can be recognized.
Can I convert a protected PDF?
Remove the protection first with the “Unlock a PDF” tool, provided you have the password.
Do you keep my files?
No. They are deleted automatically from our servers shortly after processing, along with the output file and the download link.
Do I need an account?
No, the tool works right away. An account is only needed to lift the daily limits.
Does the result carry a watermark?
