Questions about pricing
Is the free tier time-limited?
No. It stays free indefinitely, with 20 jobs a day reset every 24 hours. No watermark is added.
How do I cancel?
From “My licence”, in three clicks, or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then.
What happens when a 48-hour pass ends?
Nothing. There is no automatic charge: you simply go back to the free tier.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Enter your VAT number at checkout and Paddle issues a compliant invoice, zero-rated where applicable.
Do you offer an API?
